• All our products are available via our mail order service. We despatch daily to any destination in the UK including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and Wales.
• Unfortunately we can no longer export bikes to Europe.
• All our products are despatched via Business Post courier service on a next working day delivery unless otherwise stated. Please note that this is NOT a 100% guarantee you will receive your product the next day as delays can and do occasionally happen. We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur during transportation.
• Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We are unable to specify an exact time for your delivery although we can supply a consignment number if you wish to trace the parcel once it has left our warehouse. Please call us if you require this information.
• We only despatch to a registered billing address for the card that is being used to make the purchase. This is to prevent fraudulent use of your card.
• Alternatively you may send us a cheque made payable to Paul's Cycles LTD which once cleared will allow us to despatch to a different address eg: a works address. Cheques normally require 5 – 7 working days to clear.
• Once payment has been received your product is picked and assembled in our fully equipped workshop. This means bikes are fully assembled with only pedals to fit and handle bars to turn. All gears, brakes etc are set up and checked by our highly trained staff so there is minimum work to do at your end.

This is due to the cost of running a high street store involving shop overheads, staffing costs etc. However we are sure the advice of our highly knowledgeable staff and the opportunity to try before you buy far out weigh the slightly higher cost.
