Install your saddle into the Seatpost, securing it before removing the bike from the box and gently placing it on a soft surface. You can adjust your saddle height after you have set it up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any accessories and user manuals will be inside the box, alongside your bike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carefully remove all zip ties from the bike using your side cutters, or scissors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f14\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STEP 2<\/span><\/strong> Secure your handlebars<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Capture3_71943197.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Capture3_thumb_3F305E18.jpg\" alt=\"Capture3\" title=\"Capture3\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the faceplate from the stem and secure your handlebars using your Allen key multi-tool. Ensure you don\u2019t cross or twist your cables when placing your handlebars into the stem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"color:#dc1f14\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STEP 3<\/span><\/strong> Install your front wheel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Capture4_15222313.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Capture4_thumb_6DE7D9DD.jpg\" alt=\"Capture4\" title=\"Capture4\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the plastic spacer and align your wheel within the fork, securing it with the axle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#dc1f14\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STEP 4<\/span> Fit your pedals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/image3_5A19CFCE.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/image3_thumb_6E9F1F4C.jpg\" alt=\"image3\" title=\"image3\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The thread on the left and right pedal will be different. Identify the left and right pedal by their stamps or grooves. The left pedal axle will be threaded counter-clockwise and the right pedal axle will be threaded clockwise. It&#8217;s important to fit your pedals correctly otherwise you will cause damage to your crank arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lightly grease both axles and begin threading the pedals by hand. If you feel resistance, stop and reinsert the pedal again. Once threaded by hand you can secure the pedals firmly with your pedal spanner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that not all bikes come with pedals. So be sure to check this in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#dc1f14\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STEP 5<\/span>&nbsp;Complete final checks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/image1_124F8676.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/image1_thumb_19028FF9.jpg\" alt=\"image1\" title=\"image1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Standing astride your front wheel and holding the bike brakes, gently rock your handlebars. If there is any movement within the handlebars, secure them at the headset using your Allen key multitool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure your handlebars are straight and adjust your saddle to the appropriate height, before removing any final protective packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color:#dc1f14\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STEP 6<\/span>&nbsp;Take your bike for a spin!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Untitled-design-62_06B9C937.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/license.citruslime.com\/cs\/blogs\/pauls\/Untitled-design-62_thumb_4F7341FB.png\" alt=\"Untitled design (62)\" title=\"Untitled design (62)\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re ready for your first ride!
