We are unable to accept returns where the goods or packaging has been used, lost, damaged or is otherwise not in the condition you received it in. Bikes must be returned in a securely packaged bike box.

If you would like us to arrange a collection via courier, then we can do so at a cost of £50. Should you fail to be present for an arranged collection, you will be charged £20 to rebook.

We will refund up to £10 for private postage of faulty or damaged items.

Faulty Goods and Warranties

If the item that has been received is faulty, damaged or not as described then we will cover the cost of return postage (up to £10) and offer a refund or exchange. In these instances, we would always recommend using our own shipping services.

Important information to note about returning faulty, damaged or not-as-described items:

Pauls Cycles issue no warranties, all warranties are issued by manufacturers. For this reason, we may need to send your goods to the manufacturer for inspection before taking any action. Please see the relevant manufacturer's website for full warranty information.

Only products that are faulty, damaged or not as described by ourselves are eligible for returns/exchanges. If damage has been caused through wear and tear, improper care or some other factor beyond our control then it will not be covered.

Once a faulty item has been used, or if the packaging has been damaged it can still be returned to us, however, we - and the manufacturer - reserve the right to offer a repair, replacement or partial refund.

Remember it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are packaged appropriately - any damage caused in transit [as a result of inadequate packaging] will be chargeable.

We cannot accept any cycle warranty claim or return for incorrect pedal fitment or damage to crank arms caused by incorrect pedal fitment as described in the helpsheet supplied with all of our bikes.

If the wheels on the bike you've ordered become untrue through use, or the gears need readjustment after initial use, this unfortunately not covered under warranty.

Cube Stereo 150 C:62 Race 29 Carbon 2020 FS Mountain Bike Grey

Season:2020

Brand:Cube

Code:355100

The CUBE engineering and factory race teams have the answer: the Stereo 150 C:62 Race 29. They took all the experience they gained building race-winning bikes for the Enduro World Series, and condensed it into a bike that'll inspire you to do more. Careful tube profiling, Boost 148 rear axle spacing and a tapered head tube give this frame a rigidity that belies its svelte appearance, so that you can rely on it to transfer every watt of pedal power into forward motion and respond instantly to steering input. C:62 carbon and our design team's long experience of working with this amazing material ensure that it's got the durability and strength to stay the course, too. But they didn't stop there. Smooth-rolling Fulcrum 29er wheels and big-volume Maxxis tyres give you the grip you'll need to tame any mountain trail, whether up or down. Keeping all that rubber on the ground is a pair of RockShox air springs - a Lyrik Select Charger fork up front and Super Deluxe Select+ shock at the rear. Powerful Magura hydraulic disc brakes help keep your speed in check, and Sram's legendary Eagle 1x12 transmission gives you the range you need to tackle any climb or descent. Topped off with a remote dropper post for those particularly tricky steep chutes, it's got ride-anywhere versatility written all over it. Actually, it hasn't - their design team wouldn't let them. But, as a Stereo 150 C:62 Race 29 rider you'll just know: this bike rocks.

How do you combine mountain goat agility with mountain lion speed? A good start is to ask CUBE engineers to do the seemingly impossible and build a bike that climbs almost as well as it descends. The result is the Stereo 150 29's elegantly sculpted C:62 carbon frame. The clean lines, rocker cover and trunnion-mount shock are designed to combine efficiency, stability and intuitive handling. Boost 148 rear axle spacing works together with the tapered head tube and oversized down tube to deliver unparalleled steering precision and pedal input. ISCG05 tabs for a chain guide are standard, while short chain stays ensure agile handling and, in combination with the 75.5-degree seat tube, provide efficient climbing. The low standover and head tube specifically designed for a 160mm fork add the confidence, control and precision you need for sure-footed descending. Jack of all trades? We prefer to think it's master of them all.

Size Guides are a great way to help you find the right bike, but we always recommend visiting our store to view and sit on the bike in person where possible or speaking to our advice team.

This Size Guide is based on an average build, if you have shorter arms or longer legs for example you will need to consider this when purchasing a bike. If you are between sizes, we always recommend sizing down as a smaller bike can be made bigger with adjustments. Stem length, Saddle height, Handlebar width and even Crank length can be changed to achieve the ideal riding position. See here for our general bike sizing guide.
