How Do I Apply?

Buying a bike through the Cycle to Work scheme is straightforward. Reserve your bike with a free 14-day reservation and apply for your voucher directly through your employer.

Important — read before placing your order

For faster processing, we recommend obtaining your Cycle to Work voucher before placing your order with us and submitting it right away. However, where this is not possible we also offer a free 14-day bike reservation.

Please ensure you include all charges in the voucher value requested from your employer, including any surcharges or delivery charges that are applicable, and request a voucher type that can be used at any retailer where possible.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment of all fees has been made. The voucher value cannot be used for two separate transactions, and we are unable to refund any part of the voucher value that is not utilised.

  1. Step 1. Add your bike and accessories to your basket and proceed to checkout by selecting ‘Pay With Credit/Debit Card’.

  2. Step 2. Select ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery method to place a reservation with no immediate payment. Delivery to home or our Norfolk store is still available.

  3. Step 3. Enter your delivery address and add a note that you’re using the Cycle to Work scheme in the company section. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

  4. Step 4. Your bike is reserved for a maximum of 14 days. We are unable to accept deposits or payments in lieu.

  5. Step 5. Apply for your voucher through your employer, using your reservation order email.

  6. Step 6. Email your voucher to info@paulscycles.co.uk with a copy of your photo ID.

  7. Step 7. We’ll prepare your bike and dispatch it to your home or our Norfolk store for Click & Collect the next working day.

GoGeta Bike

Most cycle to work providers charge bike shops a hefty commission to accept their vouchers. We think that’s rubbish, so we switched to Gogeta Bike, the only provider endorsed by the cycle trade for their fair and transparent pricing. With Gogeta there are no sneaky surcharges or high ‘end of hire’ fees — just better prices and bigger savings, passed straight on to you. To get started, your employer needs to sign up; it’s quick and straightforward.

  • 0% surcharge — even on discounted items
  • No sneaky surcharges or high end-of-hire fees
