Pauls Cycles Returns Policy

Everyone is allowed to change their mind, but we can only accept a return on an item if it is completely unused and in its original condition.
  • If once you have assembled your bicycle you find it is the wrong size, please do not ride it. If you cannot decide, please contact us and we can assist, but don’t ride it before doing so.
  • Once the bike has been ridden we are unable to accept a return as the bike will then be ‘used’.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, we will happily send out a replacement product once the original has been returned.
  • We will only refund return postage costs on damaged/ faulty goods and not if you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.
  • You will need to repackage the goods appropriately to ensure that they are received in a satisfactory and unscratched condition by us at our registered address.
  • Anything we receive that is damaged caused by inadequate packaging will be declined and returned to you.
  • If you would like us to arrange collection via courier, then we can do so at a cost of £50. Should you fail to be present for an arranged collection, you will be charged £20 to rebook.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method - this may take up to 10 days to appear depending on how you paid.
  • We are unable to accept returns where the goods or packaging is lost, damaged or not in the condition you received it in. Bikes must be returned in a securely-packaged bike box.
  • We are unable to offer a refund without proof of purchase.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect your goods upon receipt to ensure they are what you have ordered. Once goods have been used it will be considered an acknowledgement that you are happy.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • When returning your order under warranty please make sure the item has been suitably cleaned - failure to do this may delay or invalidate your warranty claim. Please also ensure you have removed any personal items or upgrades before returning the item.
  • Any damage caused in transit - as a result of inadequate packaging - is the responsibility of the sender. Signing for items that have clearly been damaged by the courier is the responsibility of the receiver.
  • Full policy details can be found in our T&Cs section
