Each and every bike we send out goes through a thorough build process with one of our trained mechanics to ensure that your bike is running to perfection. Let us know your weight and we'll even set up the suspension with the recommended pressures.

Before packing, a second mechanic will always do another check to ensure nothing is missed!

We remove and carefully wrap the front wheel and handlebars from the stem as well as your bike before packing to ensure it is securely transported in its export-grade box. Generally, we try to reuse its original box, but if that's not up to scratch we'll pop your bike into a brand new one for safety.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will my bike arrive?
The front wheel and handlebars from the stem of your bike will be removed for safe and secure delivery. Once you receive your bike, final assembly is quick and easy - just put the front wheel in and re-attach the handlebars with 4 allen key bolts (please note these are not provided). You’ll receive an easy to follow step-by-step instruction sheet in your delivery to help you along the way.

If in doubt, give us a call! We're always available at the other end of a phone line to talk you through assembly. It is always possible that your bike may need some other adjustments upon arrival but if you are unsure, we would always recommend having your bike assembled by a professional. Due to the mechanical nature of bicycles, it is highly recommended that new bicycles are serviced within 6-8 weeks of ownership, by a professional bicycle shop, to ensure correct adjustment, lubrication and torque settings.

Pauls Cycles cannot reimburse any costs associated with the set up and adjustment of a new cycle.

We are unable to accept any cycle warranty claim or return for bikes that are assembled incorrectly by yourself or any other third party. Please see our Warranty & Returns Policy for further information.

International Delivery
Want to purchase a bike from outside of the UK? Here’s how we can help. Whilst we don't export bikes outside of the UK ourselves, we're more than happy for you to arrange your own courier to collect the bike from our store and transport it to you. We'll package the bike just as we would with a standard UK delivery ensuring that it arrives to you in perfect condition.

Please note we are only able to accept Bank Transfers for funds that are coming from outside of the UK.
How do I place an order for International Export?
Please email us at info@paulscycles.co.uk with the below information in order to arrange an order for export.

Please note, items shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as defined by the country of import. Pauls Cycles are not liable for any charges you may incur.

How do I arrange a courier?

You’ll need to arrange a courier to collect from our store and deliver to you. We carefully package your bike in an export-grade box, with all your paperwork and receipts enclosed (we can provide you with a VAT receipt if you need one). Please send us any labels or paperwork from your courier.

Most couriers measure the weight based on the volume of the box. They are typically 150x20x80cm & 25kg for a Mountain Bike and 140x20x78cm & 20kg for a Road Bike. We’ll confirm box size and weight once the bike has been packed.
